Terms of service

Services ISPLevel (hereinafter Contractor) on the basis of the following conditions.

1. All services provided by our company should be used only for legal purposes and not contradict the current Legislation of Ukraine and international legislation.
2. The client (hereinafter the Customer) is obliged to comply with the rules of telecommunication services, when using the services of the Contractor, namely:

not to carry out actions aimed at limiting or preventing access to the services by other users, as well as attempts to unauthorized access to the resources of the Contractor and to other systems accessible via the Internet;
do not act to send, publish, transmit, reproduce, provide or in any way use the information, software or other materials that may infringe copyright without the appropriate permission of the copyright holder;
not to publish or transmit through the Internet any information that is contrary to the current Ukrainian or international legislation. In particular, this applies to:
information that calls for:

overthrow of the constitutional system;
violation of the territorial integrity of the country;
war propaganda;
incitement to racial, national or religious hatred;
the Commission of terrorist acts.

information that contains items:

cruelties;
violences;
pornography;
cynicism's;
humiliation of human honor and dignity.

not to send spam, not to order or offer spam, including for the purpose of advertising;
do not perform mass mailings from servers;

3. In case of detection of the fact of distribution of spam from the resource of the Customer placed on the server of the Contractor, the Customer shall be obliged to delete this resource/site within 6 hours.
4. In addition to the restrictions described above, the servers of the virtual hosting of the Contractor are also prohibited from hosting resources of the following type:

Warez, backdoor, crack resources;
PROXY, VPN or tunnels;
applications that are used in social networks;
sites dedicated to games cs, wow, la2, and all other games (all games, regardless of name, type, genre, etc.). An exception could be information sites, forums, clans, etc.
casino, betting sites;
sites pyramid schemes, sites, HYIP, sites of "mutual aid";
sites advertising financial pyramids;
sites that promote illegal activities;
sites selling Smoking blends and drugs, or sites with advertising of such activities;
sites that distribute pills and other drugs, or sites that advertise such activities;
phishing sites (clones of existing sites);
pornographic sites, webcam sites, escort services sites;
cardsharing services;
IRC scripts and bots;
proxy and anonymizers;
network scanner;
monitoring of game and other servers;
game databases (for distribution of cards, weapons, etc.));
online chats and online calls;
programs for password guessing (brute force);
scripts to send spam;
online cinemas and radio;
file sharing or torrent trackers, as well as related SOFTWARE;
databases of CVV codes;
lotteries, gambling sites.

5. ABUSE (Abuse, complaints)
The customer undertakes to eliminate the reasons for which the Contractor has received an abuse For the Service ordered by the Customer, within the time limit specified in the notification of this abuse.
In case of receiving more than 3 (three) similar abuz within one month for one of the services ordered by the Customer (domain name, virtual hosting, virtual server, dedicated server), access to the services will be completely blocked and/or the data stored on the account will be deleted with or without additional notification. The exception is the abuse (complaint) on spam, when the service can be blocked after the second complaint of the same nature, as well as the abuse (complaint) of Botnet Controller nature, when the service or service is blocked immediately without the possibility of its recovery.
In case the IP-address gets into the black lists (blacklists, blacklists) SBL, Spamhaus, AOL, the Contractor reserves the right to block the IP-address without the possibility of its recovery.
6. Viruses
In case the Contractor's employees find viruses in the client's account, employees send a notification to the client's email address about the detected viruses, shell scripts or other malicious SOFTWARE. The client is obliged to respond to the letter as soon as possible and to clean his account from viruses. The absence of a reply to the letter within 24 hours will lead to the blocking of the client's account. The account is blocked for a period of time until appropriate measures are taken by the client.
The client is obliged to use a complex password, which will be difficult to pick up the attacker, as well as to use all available security systems that prevent the use of login and password. Such measures can be:

restricting access to FTP from specific IP addresses;
use two-factor security with one-time passwords.

7. Use of resources
The user must not:

Exceed the number of simultaneously running processes in the account, limits for site.
Run any type of search indexers on virtual hosting servers. The exceptions are search engines that index only the subscriber's sites.
Execute SQL queries that run for more than 10 seconds. MySQL tables must use the correct indexes.
The ability to connect to MySQL server not from virtual hosting servers is provided only for database maintenance.
Use virtual servers for KVM, OpenVZ and Windows in order to mining of cryptocurrencies
Create an increased load on KVM virtual servers. Increased load means long-term use of more than 50% of the allocated processor time.

8. Additional condition:
According to the information provided in the "Servers" section on the website of the Contractor, if the traffic limit for the respective servers is exceeded, payment for the traffic volumes not included in the limit may be charged or other restrictions may be imposed. Such conditions are described separately on the page with the description of the dedicated servers.
After the virtual hosting account has expired, the data is stored on the server for 30 days. After this period they will be permanently deleted.
